CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please manage your appointment online, or reach out via email. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows are also subject to the cancellation fee. *Botox appointments canceled within 24 hours, missed, or forfeited due to late arrival are charged a $100 flat fee. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals over 10 minutes late will not be seen and will be charged the applicable cancellation fee. Fees will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for understanding, we value your time and ours. All deposits are non-refundable. If cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within the appropriate time frame, the deposit can be used towards a future appointment.
